Online Personal Training is becoming the new normal for fitness, Sometimes I think I might be the number one mobile personal trainer in the world,  I've never met another personal trainer that's traveled to so many different clients homes and trained them 1 on 1 in person.  I put in a lot of work effort and dedication into training my clients and rarely if ever have I canceled a session on my behalf.  I take my clients and work very seriously.  

My sessions are high quality 1 on 1 sessions where I give you the best workout within our window of time we spend together.   It's ok if you've never trained online before!  Further more this is a great way to get fit or stay fit during a pandemic,  This field is very new but I'll tell you what,  From a Personal trainer that's trained thousands Online Personal Training is here to stay and I'm hitting the ground running!

Life Long Clients

I've dedicated my life to Physical fitness health, Nutritional Health, and Gut Health.  I believe that these three cannot be complete without another,  A Healthy gut is the foundation of HEALTH.  Without a the right beneficial gut bacteria a healthy way of eating won't really matter if you don't have the bacteria that extract those nutrients and aid you in a symbiotic relationship.  

Most all of my clients have been training with me for a long time,  And the reason they don't stop training with me is because they understand the value of having a solid personal trainer that never misses a beat.  Having a personal trainer is all about enjoying your life while improving your life. That's what we're suppose to do as personal trainers, PERSONALIZE with YOU.  Tailor everything towards your body type and lifestyle.  I'm not interested in clients that simply want a quick fix.  This is a lifestyle change none of us live forever but we can live much happier and longer with a healthier body that works out and avoids bullshit foods that poison us.  We've got to change he way we eat, live and take daily steps towards building  the strongest version of you.

Have an unstoppable WILL.

Part of growing stronger is learning to get uncomfortable,  Whenever you're use to eating a certain amount everyday its uncomfortable to eat more OR to eat less. Whenever we're use to doing the same exercise and reps its uncomfortable to add weight or to add reps.  Whenever we're staying out to late and having a few drinks, It's uncomfortable to not stay out as late and have as many drinks.  and this formula can be applied to anything similar in your daily life. 

​True Strength is not the ability to lift heavy objects,  True strength is built within us.   

Whoever YOU are I KNOW you have the strength to accomplish your goal,  Write down what you need to do everyday and DO IT.  Just start fucking doing it no matter how hard it is or how annoying/boring whatever it may be.  Once you start doing this you'll begin to ENGRAVE this habit into your nervous system!!!

A Personal Trainer could be very beneficial creating that habit.

In Home Personal Training, Keeping Austin Fit!

The weather is absolutely wild here in Austin,  We could have an extremely frigid morning then have a sweltering afternoon,  Austin weather is hard to predict and can get in the way of our outdoor workouts,  That's why most of my clients train in the comfort of their own home, Some train outside in a nice shaded area or mix it up with some sun light depending on what you prefer. 

There's something special about working out where you feel comfortable and when you're done working out you can simply get back to whatever you planned on doing.  Working out at home will always be my choice of workout.  I've done the gym thing and frankly It feels like a public pool or something.

You Can't Fake Fitness

I can't tell you how many times I've run across someone who physically looks in shape but when tasked to climb some stairs,physically wash a car, run to an uber or enjoy a show here in Austin they gas out.  You can achieve a slim figure through a caloric deficit however you can't gain muscle or neuromuscular control through one. 

Stability is the foundation of fitness and the only way to gain stability is to get out there and work on it. With a combination of good eating/exercising/sleeping habits you can achieve both aesthetic and functional working body.  

I like to observe human movement and instinctive fitness characteristics,  When someone telegraphs a movement they know their capable of but somehow mess up that's their body telling them to work towards mastering that movement and that can apply towards anything like Top Golf, Basket ball, Paddle boarding, Spartan Race, Goat Yoga hah anything.

Green Tea BeneFITs

After drinking black coffee for a very long time I decided to give tea a chance,  Since it has many many benefits!
I start mobile personal training around Austin around 5am,  I usually drink black as night coffee to get me going, But I like to try new things so I now drink some steady awakening tea, My Rps are no longer roaring like a muscle car that leaves a fire trail behind heading towards an empty tank,  My Rps now act more like a steady long distance luxury ride.  I feel like I have the same great level energy throughout the day. 

Here are some benefits that Green tea has to offer, I'll also be trying out Black tea soon! 

Fights Cancer-causing Cells - Green tea has special antioxidants that seek out and destroy free radicals that can do harm to the body's DNA. those trusty antioxidants also help with Preventing wrinkles, 

It helps with your Skin,Hair and MUSCLES! When you drink tea it should help your muscles function
at more optimal levels since it helps them contract! While it doesn't necessarily block the suns rays, it does mitigate the damage that is done to the skin from the sun.

The POWER of Coffee!

Few things in life are as powerful as that first sip of fresh coffee on a dreary morning. For many of us, the highlight of the day is when we lift our mug to lips and then repeat for reps!

First I drink a glass of water (about 16oz) then start sipping black coffee! For me the darker the coffee the better, Coffee intake counts towards your water intake so it can help keep you hydrated, I'm thankful for my Morning clients for hooking me up with ample Coffee( Thanks Kelly and Wayne)! It definitely Improves physical performance so I can train my clients in Austin with a crazy amount of energy in turn uplifting my clients while helping them lift! 

I think Coffee might be the number one antioxidant intake I get!  Even though I love my oatmeal blue berry pancakes and dark chocolate hah!  There's studies that say coffee may add years to your life, lower stress, fight depression, improve blood circulation, even repair DNA and so much more!!!! 

When its brewed black its one of the lowest calorie drinks, According to Harvard, a tablespoon of cream sugar and whole milk contains 52 calories, So I stick with black coffee the darker the better! whauhaha!  So ditch the cream & sugar. 

Mmm Coffee... CHEERS and UPLIFT SOMEONE!

Motivation gets you going,  STRONG HABITS is what gets things done!
Motivation is just a feeling. Grounded action is what gets things done!
Here's my invitation to you, Next time you feel motivated get a Pen and Paper
and write down ONE or TWO things that you're going to commit to doing every
Single day No matter what!! And I promise you, You'll become a machine and
you won't think about whether or not you're going to do it.  When you build a habit
it's engraved in your nervous system in a certain way that the brain doesn't even have to consider whether or not it get done, it just gets done! YOU COMMIT ONCE to the thing that you're going to do and you Do it every Single day!  This could work great for reconstructing your entire life.  I cannot stress how important it is to commit. Motivation is weak, Commitment builds a stronger you!  Commit once and then you do it every single day. Pick something anything and commit to it. 

Its the tiny actions that move towards a worthy ideal.

Can I eat whatever I want as long as I exercise?

The majority of daily caloric expenditure is not in the time spent exercising but in the total energy expenditure during 24 hours.  Approximately 3,500 calories equals a pound of body fat, so to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week you must maintain an average caloric deficit of 500 to 1,000 calories per day.  However, a person may burn 250 calories from exercise and spend the rest of the day participating in sedentary activities. Calories that are not used for energy production are stored as fat. Therefore, a person can eat 100 calories a day more then what their body needs to maintain, and in the course of 35 days, theoretically they will gain a pound of fat. Even a mere 10 extra calories a day over daily maintenance needs could add up to  a 1 pound of weight gain over 350 days!  




My Advice, 


Figure out what your RMR(Resting metabolic rate)

Second! Increase activity levels and make sure you drink enough water.  Try to drink at least one gallon of water a day.


Third, Keep track and write down around how many calories your eating and weigh yourself every morning. 




And Yes, you can eat whatever you want and as long as you're in a caloric deficiency you will cut weight.  However, don't make most your meals nutrient poor make sure your consuming nutrient rich food at-least 90% of the time.   That's my take on it.
