Given that most of my clients prefer training in the comfort of their own homes, feel free to select the setting that suits you best! Just keep in mind that having overhead coverage, such as a garage, is necessary to provide shelter from the elements.
2.HOW LONG ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS?
Each session typically lasts about an hour, giving you ample time to engage your body and work towards achieving your desired goals.
3.WHAT AREAS DO YOU TRAVEL TO?
Currently mainly serve clients in the Westlake Hills area, with some also located in South Central Austin.
4.WHY SHOULD I USE AUSTIN MOBILE TRAINER RATHER THAN GOING TO A GYM?

While I have trained couples in the past, I find that I am particularly passionate about one-on-one training sessions. This allows me to closely monitor form and performance, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and achieves top-tier results.
7.HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORK OUT WITH AUSTIN MOBILE TRAINER?
I suggest everyone gets 4-5 days of activity a week. My clients train with me 1-3 days a week. I recommend that my clients also workout on their own 2-3 days a week. It depends on your goals that you want to achieve and how quickly you want to achieve them.
8.THIS SERVICE SOUNDS AMAZING. CAN YOU COME TO MY OFFICE?
Yes, I will train you right in your office at the time that best works for you.
9.WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER WORKED OUT A DAY IN MY LIFE?
That’s not a problem at all. I welcome all individuals of all levels regardless of experience, age or ability. Yet another benefit of Austin Mobile Trainer is that you can learn to work out in the comfort of your own space rather than a public gym where you may be self conscious.
10.WHAT ARE SOME HEALTHY SNACKS I CAN EAT?
I include almonds and fruits like a banana and an apple in my snacks. I don't go overboard on the fruits. I always keep cut-up celery and carrots in the refrigerator for easy access. I prefer individual cups of Greek yogurt. I ensure that my snacks fit within my daily caloric intake to stay mindful. I prioritize organic options and avoid harmful chemicals and fillers that can be detrimental to health.
11.MUST I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP?
No. I do not have a membership fee. You're only charged for the training sessions.
