1.AUSTIN MOBILE TRAINER, brings the Trainer to you!
I will train you in the setting of your choice,
It may be your home, your backyard, garage, your office. Whatever is convenient for you!
2.HOW LONG ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS?
Each session is around an hour long. That provides you enough time to get your body working to achieve your desired goals.
3.WHAT AREAS DO YOU TRAVEL TO?
I currently service clients in Mostly West Lake and South Central Austin
4.WHY SHOULD I USE AUSTIN MOBILE TRAINER RATHER THAN GOING TO A GYM?
Its V.I.P, Convenient, Customized, and Creative: Austin Mobile Personal Trainer comes to you. No more searching for a parking spot. You will be saving not only gas, but time. Environment: No more crowds, or people watching you.

Very important people who truly want to improve their health and fitness and live a long healthy life.
6.DO YOU OFFER GROUP SESSIONS OR ARE THEY ONLY ONE-ON-ONE?
Yes, I offer group sessions in Austin. Group sessions are always a blast. You can workout with a friend. These are V.I.P Sessions :)

7.HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORK OUT WITH AUSTIN MOBILE TRAINER?
I suggest everyone gets 4-5 days of activity a week. My clients train with me 1-3 days a week. I recommend that my clients also workout on their own 2-3 days a week. It depends on your goals that you want to achieve and how quickly you want to achieve them.
8.THIS SERVICE SOUNDS AMAZING. CAN YOU COME TO MY OFFICE?
Yes, I will train you right in your office at the time that best works for you.
9.WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER WORKED OUT A DAY IN MY LIFE?
That’s not a problem at all. I welcome all individuals of all levels regardless of experience, age or ability. Yet another benefit of Austin Mobile Trainer is that you can learn to work out in the comfort of your own space rather than a public gym where you may be self conscious.
10.WHAT ARE SOME HEALTHY SNACKS I CAN EAT?
Almonds and fruits such as a banana and an apple.(Don't go crazy on the fruits) Keep cut up celery and carrots in the refrigerator at all times. I like Individual cups of Greek yogurt. I fit snacks within my daily caloric intake so I can keep aware.
11.MUST I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP?
No. I do not have a membership fee. You're only charged for the training sessions.
12.HOW DO I GET STARTED?
