Having a personal trainer is all about enjoying your life while improving your life. That's what we're suppose to do as personal trainers, PERSONALIZE with YOU. Tailor everything towards your body type and lifestyle. I'm not interested in clients that simply want a quick fix. This is a lifestyle change none of us live forever but we can live much happier and longer with a healthier body that works out and avoids bullshit foods that poison us.
